US orders include all 50 states, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands.
We offer two shipping options for US orders. In stock orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within the next business day of purchase. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
NIITB is currently taking orders for shipment to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the European Union (excluding Cyprus/Croatia/Malta/Jersey Island/Tenerife), and United States. In the future, we will be rolling it out to other countries.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Why was my credit card declined?
Most credit cards are declined because the billing zip code you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. If you continue to experience problems, we recommend that you contact your bank to confirm your card is up to date with your zip code information.
I see a $1 authorization charge on my card, what is this?
When NIITB is in a backorder state, you may see a pending transaction for each attempt to submit a payment. The pending transaction will typically clear up within 5 business days, depending on your bank. In a backorder state, your card will be charged once your order has been processed for shipping.

Return Policy: We have worked very hard to create a product you will love and we believe you will love your NIITB product. However, we realize the Product you receive from NIITB may not be exactly what you expected. Should this rare occurrence take place, the original retail purchaser of the Product may return all NIITB purchased in the original transaction, in their original condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser and NIITB will exchange it or provide a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note that this policy applies only to Products you purchase directly from Tile. This is in addition to your legal rights and your rights under the NIITB hardware one (1) year Worldwide Warranty referred to below.

NIITB Hardware Limited Warranty
NIITB warrants that your NIITB hardware product ("the Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser ("the Warranty Period"). If a defect in the Product arises within the Warranty Period, NIITB will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: (a) repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component; or (b) refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Product. This Warranty does not apply to Products you purchase from unauthorized re-sellers, or where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with or where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
